The client selected “Quicksand” as the primary color for this home. This versatile, sophisticated tone adds warmth and elegance to the property’s exterior. To complement Quicksand, we applied a contrasting “Caramelized” color to the architectural pop-outs and trim, enhancing the home’s features and giving it a refined, polished appearance.
The stucco surface and trim required thorough preparation to ensure a smooth, even finish that would withstand the desert climate. Our team began by carefully cleaning and priming the stucco and trim to create an ideal base for the paint. With Arizona’s sun exposure in mind, we chose Dunn Edwards products for their durability, fade resistance, and exceptional color retention, ensuring the home’s exterior will look fresh and vibrant for years.
